Dr Khetsiwe Dlamini is an accomplished Global Business Leader, Strategist, Innovator, Advisor, Management Consultant and Gender Equality Thought Leader. She is the Executive Director of Triple C Advisory, an Africa-originated female-owned, Global Gender Lens Advisory Firm which provides strategy, fund mobilisation, project management and impact assessment services, all with a gender lens.

With a Doctorate in Business Leadership and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) coupled with immense global gender expertise, strategic approach, corporate and organisational development experience as well as integrity she is a highly sought-after Advisor and/ or Board Member. Dr. Dlamini is the former Chief of Staff for UN Women, the only entity mandated by all members of the United Nations to support gender equality and women empowerment aspirations across the world.

Khetsiwe is a gender markets pioneer, having developed the first successful gender-responsive local supplier linkages model for BHP Billiton in Mozambique, advised South Africa on the establishment national women entrepreneur network and an inaugural gender bond as well as developed the gender markets analysis toolkit for the Middle East and North Africa. Khetsiwe is the publisher of the book “Recognizing men’s role in women’s entrepreneurial success” and believes it will take all genders working together to get to equality
