Ms. Lander is a high profile and internationally recognized senior leader with 20 years of experience in global health and development, project and program management, and professional training and development. She has proven expertise in civil society development, influence policy and advocacy, issue campaigns, and coalition building. Ms. Lander is multilingual advocate with a passion for promoting awareness and conducting international speeches on women’s health issues and leadership including HIV, reproductive and maternal health, and cancer. Highly collaborative with an advanced degree in international public health exhibiting exceptional interpersonal skills to establish global partnerships with high-level stakeholders, government leaders, and private funders. Ms. Lander has given hundreds of speeches, trainings and workshops worldwide on advocacy, policy, global health and policy development.
Kgobati is Managing Partner and Executive Coach at CI Coaching, an Africa-based company focusing on innovative, neuroscience based, transformative solutions to Leadership Development and Business Workplace Excellence. In addition, she heads a Women's Investment House aimed at sourcing triple bottom line business ventures for women.
She has more than 30 years of working in the development and business sectors in South, West, and East Africa- Serving as a professional, a technical advisor and a member of several Boards. She is former Special Policy Advisor to Minister of Education and Chief Director in the Government of South Africa; a Professional and Head of programme within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); and now runs CI Coaching, a formidable Leadership Development and Coaching Company that she founded.
